Connect a demo wallet first. New deposits require the Verified investor scenario. Public verification stops at an information dialog because verification is in development. Existing holders retain redemption and claim access when verification expires.
View verification statusSelling settles assets inside an individual account; withdrawing is a separate action. Vault redemptions can queue and release proceeds in parts. Claim available proceeds from the position page once the queue processes them.
Check your positionRead the error in the confirmation dialog and check Activity before retrying. Rejected confirmations move no funds. Expired quotes require a fresh quote. Repeating the same confirmation uses the same idempotency key to avoid a duplicate action.
Review operation receiptsEach result belongs to one saved preference version and one strategy version. Changing either makes the earlier result historical. Editing your preferences does not reset the request budget or waiting period.
Review My agentDescribe what you tried, what happened, and which demo scenario you selected. Do not include passwords, keys, identity documents, or private investment questions.
